MAKING DISCIPLE MAKERS (MDM)

A DTS Leader and Staff Training Initiative of the

Inernational DTS Centre

TRAINED LEADERS, TRAINED STUDENTS, CHANGED NATIONS...

Come and join with other DTS leaders and staff from across India and from around the world for 8 weeks of specific and intentional DTS leadership training. Sharpen skills in leading groups, discipling students, training staff and leading outreaches. Be better equipped to design creative and relevant DTS programs for today’s generation and familiarize yourself with the vision, values, ethos and curriculum of YWAM’s DTS. Gain a clearer understanding of the University of the Nations expectations of
what is or isn’t a DTS. This is an opportunity for colleagues to work together with others to shape a collective understanding
of the DTS and its foundations. Essential concepts and skills needed for quality discipleship will be taught in a real ministry context in the Maharashtran city of Lonavala, India. This MDM is designed for us to interact with one another and with God, while at the same time reaching out to a hurting world. Application is the key! This is where we will put into practice all the life and ministry principles of the DTS. 5 weeks of teaching focused on leadership development and discipling and 2 weeks of outreach, doing real ministry, intentionally learning about outreach leading. 1 week debriefing, learning how to debrief a school, a team and individuals.

BY THE END YOU WILL HAVE:
• Examined the foundations of the DTS.
• Wrestled with the difficult discipleship issues.
• Obtained practical tools to aid you in leadership and training.
• Had extended application times.
• Gained fresh vision and skill to lead effective outreaches.
• Meaningfully networked and built relationships with others throughout India and beyond.
