Member Care Foundation Course


MCFC is designed for those who have the heart to care for caregivers.
MCFC provides space for learning and discussing on the challenges, stress and crisis management in the cross-cultural setting.

This is a very intensive program, run with experienced member care trainers with field experience to train the students to equip, empower, and enable them to develop their skills.
This course is interactive and practical with real case studies/role-play/practice.

The school will cover topics such as:

  • Seven Levels of Member Care
  • De-briefing
  • Caring for families
  • Grief and Loss
  • Transition and Re-entry
  • Basic Counselling skills
  • Handling Cross Cultural Stress
  • Silent and Solitude and many more

The lecture phase will consist of:

    • LECTURES
    • SMALL GROUPS
    • WORSHIP & INTERCESSION
    • STUDY & ASSIGNMENTS
    • WORK DUTIEs

Prerequisite:

DSP 211 & 212  (A successfully completed Discipleship Training School)
